PUMA launch their first AC Milan away kit of the new partnership as the iconic club crest is placed on a legendary white jersey – a colour that has served as a canvas of success in eight major European finals for the Italian giants.
Following on from the launch of the debut 2018/19 home shirt, the new away strip features a round neck collar with red and black detailing. The standout feature on the shirt is that black line graphic across the chest, with back and arms reminiscent of the 90’s era Milan away kits. The words ‘Diavolo Rossonero’ (The Red & Black Devil) are placed on the back of the neck, and the kit is rounded off with all-white shorts and white socks with a red and black band on the trim.
PUMA unveiled the new AC Milan away kits on at Spazio 21 (close to Piazza Tricolore), a post-industrial location usually used to host catwalks in the capital of fashion, but for this event the Big Cat totally transformed the area into a hub for Milan’s football and street culture.
Gennaro Gattuso, Leonardo Bonucci, Giacomo Bonaventura, Davide Calabria and Hakan Calhanoglu were all showcasing the new new design in front of a 400-strong crowd of fanatics, influencers, and VIPs in a location that complemented the cities thriving underground football scene.
