Bringing a chrome-like finish to the party, the PUMA STUN Pack arrives with a "Silver/Peacoat" Future 2.1 Netfit colourway, set to be worn by household names including Antoine Griezmann, Luis Suarez and Marco Reus.
The brand's next batch of colourways, launched as part of the STUN Pack, will be worn on pitch from 11th October. The collection sees colour updates to both the FUTURE and the ONE boots, with the latter dropping in a "Silver/Peacoat" outfit. The design is familiar to that of the PUMA ONE "Chrome”, launched back in 2017 exclusively for Antoine Griezmann, now the headline FUTURE player. The Frenchman will wear the boots alongside new PUMA's newest recruit Luis Suarez and longtime brand endorsee Marco Reus.
The second generation PUMA FUTURE 2.1 Netfit features that trademark customisable fit, enabled by NETFIT technology which allows players to lace their boots any way they want in order to fit perfectly. In the strike zone the NETFIT is covered and protected by a TPU skin, the vacuum process that is applied to this area creates a strong x-ray of the net that adds to the grip and touch of the boot.
The evoKNIT sock has been further enhanced in the FUTURE 2.1 by updating the socks specifically placed cuts and ribbing textures, providing a secure fit around the ankle that allows the wearer to react quickly and remain agile.
It’s a strong statement colourway for PUMA who have made a lot of noise with the FUTURE 2.1. The boots launched in May prior to the 2018 World Cup and are widely regarded as the brand’s strongest silo in recent years. The boots recently made headlines after Antoine Griezmann played in a a custom, hand painted pair designed byPierre Navarro of Orravan Design.
